Institute Charter Version 1.2 Takes Effect

Panorama Research Institute announces that Version 1.2 of the Institute Charter took effect on 10 October 2026.

Revision 1.2 updates the list of Research Centers; adds the categories of scholarly affiliation and coordinator roles now in use, journal articles, and the Membership Program; clarifies copyright, internal documents, and protection periods; and adds provisions on appointments, the handling of misconduct, conflicts of interest, personal information, generative AI, language versions, and institutional continuity. The related governance policies have been aligned accordingly.
