POSI Database Officially Launched

Panorama Research Institute is pleased to announce that the Panorama Open Scholarly Index (POSI) was officially launched on 27 September 2026. The database is now publicly accessible at https://posi.panorama-sg.com.

POSI is a flagship infrastructure project led by the Center for Scholarly Indexing and Evaluation. It provides a transparent, comprehensive, and methodologically rigorous open index of academic journals, covering editorial standards, peer review practice, indexing status, open access policies, publication ethics, and metadata quality.

Following the launch, work will focus on expanding journal coverage to additional disciplines and regions, refining the public interface based on user feedback, and developing structured data access options. Feedback and collaboration inquiries are welcome at [email protected].
